A huge thanks to the EFT team for all their energy, help and enthusiasm. Their knowledge of the ocean and the rain-forest has really inspired our students, not only has this helped with our curriculum but they really have a sense of responsibility and want to make a difference in conserving our planet- a fantastic achievement!

With a strong educational focus, Our fieldtrips are fully customised to the needs of school, whether the focus be Biology, Geography, Environmental Sciences or something else entirely. We provide the opportunity to include adventure, cultural immersion, community service and teambuilding into a trip to ensure students get the most out of their experience.

Our ability to work with teachers to identify and target the specific learning objectives helps us put together an effective and stimulating excursion. Producing tailored itineraries and a student workbook unique to the trip, we make sure that your fieldtrip is exactly that: yours from start to finish.

Ecofieldtrips were very thorough with all their responsibilities, safety measures, ensuring students are on board with their expectations. Their knowledge regarding flora and fauna was commendable and the children as well as teachers have learnt a lot. They constantly had the students engaged in meaningful activities throughout the day.

In small groups of 10-12, students work with a dedicated member of the Ecofieldtrips team to maximise student interaction and participation and ensure that everyone benefits from a personalised learning experience.

We work with you from start to finish, having regular contact throughout the planning phase and physically accompanying you every step of the way. Our custom-made trips are delivered along with relevant experts and unique supporting materials ensuring a smooth and stress free journey.

Our Syllabus Specific trips cater for a variety of different curricula, including the International Baccalaureate at Diploma, MYP and PYP levels, A-level, Advanced Placement, iGCSE and O-level. We offer Biology, Geography, ESS and CAS focused trips and can even combine two or more subjects in one trip to meet your needs.

Our Experiential trips are all about getting students out of the classroom and immersed in the natural world. These trips provide exciting, interesting and memorable experiences. Students come away with a broader understanding of the world around them as well as having developed personal and team work skills.

For university students, we offer a Dissertation programme supervised by our experienced field staff. Students design their own projects within our research themes, enabling us to support them as they produce a meaningful project that explores key themes in tropical ecology.

Our Locations

All of our eco-friendly venues provide comfortable accommodation for students in a safe and secure environment.

Why We Do It

We believe that local environmental initiatives can have global benefits. As such, conservation through education lies as the bedrock of Ecofieldtrips’ values. Through our own projects or partnerships with local NGOs we help students give back to the communities and environments that they are a part of.

We work on several conservation programmes that see us work side by side with the likes of the Ocean Conservancy, Reef Check Malaysia as well as the Kula Gula Bird Sanctuary. Additionally, we take on humanitarian projects such as the Rohingya Refugee School or the Rumah Sehat Cows for Villages. We are proud to count ourselves as a part of these programmes, and even more so involve our school groups. Each of these projects benefits from the hard work, donations and awareness raised by the schools we bring in and allows students to go away knowing they have made a genuine difference – and can continue to do so. Showing students how even their small actions can make all the difference and help create a brighter future for our planet.
