Booking Terms and Conditions
Fieldtrips must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Fieldtrip bookings will only be accepted if accompanied by a non-refundable 10% deposit, and subject to availability.
If the booking form is sent without a 10% deposit, the booking is not considered as confirmed.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Ecofieldtrips Pte Ltd' and mail together with the signed booking form to:

Payment in Full is due 2 month prior to the departure date.
Cancellation made within 4 weeks from the departure date will result in a total forfeit of the trip fee.
Ecofieldtrips Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary of any trip or part thereof due to unforeseen circumstances. Ecofieldtrips Pte. Ltd. will give a full refund upon cancellation.
One teacher is entitled FOCfor every 20 students. (applies to all fieldtrips)
Additional teachers are charged at 75% (does not apply to Singapore fieldtrips)
All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity at the time of travel. Some passports do require visas for entry into Singapore and Malaysia. Please ensure that all visas are valid prior to departure.
Accommodation is based on 4/5 sharing for students and 2/3 sharing for teachers. Single supplement fee will also apply.
Transportation for fieldtrip - mini combi passenger vans or coach depending on number of pax.
Travel Insurance is not included in fieldtrip
