Melina Beach Resort is located between Kampung Genting and Kampung Paya on Pulau Tioman, completely isolated with a 3km stretch of private beach. This resort has been operating since 1999. In 2006 a joint venture between Ecofieldtrips and Melina Beach Resort began; resulting in the development of Eco-tourism.

Eco-friendly lodgings with single beds and attached bathrooms are built to accommodate educational programme groups.

Melina Beach Resort is a Sea Turtle Sanctuary too. Many turtle hatchlings are born and released with the support of donations from students, schools and tourists! You may be lucky to witness a turtle laying eggs or helping to bury turtle eggs or release newborn hatchlings during your stay at MBR!!!
